Ernest Boniface Makulilo is a Tanzanian-born author, U.S. Navy veteran, Fulbright Scholar, licensed financial professional, immigration expert, and naturalized U.S. citizen based in the United States. With a background in political science, language studies, and a master's in peace studies and conflict resolution from the University of San Diego, Ernest has dedicated his career to empowering immigrants and international students. He is the founder of EBM SCHOLARS, LLC, a global consulting firm that helps students from developing countries secure scholarships abroad. Through his books, YouTube channels, and educational resources, he has guided thousands on financial literacy, visa processes, and academic success. Residing in Missouri with his wife and three children, Ernest continues to inspire and uplift communities worldwide through education, service, and mentorship.
